What Connects Us: An inquiry, a community, an exploration

WHAT CONNECTS US
is a supportive and courageous space for learning, sharing, and growing around what we have in common more than how we are different. Together, we engage in thoughtful conversation and deep listening with curiosity and care.

For community gatherings, reflection and discussion prompts will draw from some favorite early 20th century thought leaders whose work and ideas are as fresh and relevant today as they were almost a century ago. Other inspirational material may come from current sources that help us reflect on our unique experiences, thoughts, work, and values. Even when our differences challenge us, we choose to remember what connects us: our humanness, animated by a creative force that unites all life.

What Connects Us is more than a conversation — it’s a practice of presence, and perhaps a podcast.
We come together to strengthen our capacity to take care of ourselves and contribute to the well-being of others — in our households, neighborhoods, and communities — so all can thrive.

This group is for anyone who wants to achieve peace in action within a conscientious community.
Members are encouraged to invite other voices. Come with the intention of offering information, service in listening, and your unique perspective.

Peace and prosperity for all begins within — one person, one moment at a time.
Together, we will practice healthy communication, compassionate listening, inspired action, and appreciative celebration for all that we are and can become.
