Diligent practice, with devotion to all that supports and sustains you, for a long time (how long depends - but usually it's pretty long time, like a lifetime long) with out attaching to any particular outcome, will get you to where you want to go.
What seems to be plaguing our society (especially young people) more than anything these days? Anxiety, depression, identity crisis and dependence on pills to alleviate these symptoms as well as a host of physical ones. I want to be part of the solution, so I do the work.
Have you looked to others for answers, only to be misled, confused, disappointed, or even worse, violated and abused? Have you looked to pills, alcohol, and other drugs, to relieve physical pain and cope with emotional challenges? Are you ready to get to know yourself and claim your power?

Calm, Content, and Confident: Young Adult Summer Program for Girls
(especially good for girls needing a safe space to learn skills and techniques to manage with anxiety, depression, and/or identity issues)
Ages 13-20
starts Monday June 11
Nine (9) Monday afternoon classes 3:15 - 4:45pm
Three (3) Friday evenings 6:00 - 8:30pm
